Believe it or not, our basement flooded because of the rains last night. We got a warning from the new alarm system to that effect. If we had not updated the system last week, we might not have known of the flood.

I have had to replace the number on my “ landline” - because someone hacked into the VoIP, and  has been using the line.  I have had optimum come up and replace the modem and even the port needed to be changed. So, you were right and I am glad I listened. Lisa (VoIP is not secure for alarms)

Your employee Nate is outstanding and I wanted to take a moment to convey this directly. Twice recently, they came to my rental unit – first, for the annual tech visit; second; for an after-hours servicing due to an issue. The latter required his attention at 7:30 pm on a Saturday. Both times, Nate was warm, friendly, and professional. Without hesitation, he respected my request to wear a mask indoors and take off his shoes. During his second visit, he remembered and did this without my having to ask. In short, he is outstanding and I hope he is recognized because he surely adds value to your team.

Dan called in to let me know that he is very happy with his new system.  He has been a client for twenty years or so and just got updated to an Alula platform.  He did take his time on the decision process and asked many questions.  In the end he is very happy that he stayed with Berkshire Alarm as the system and the admin support is all terrific.  This was a team effort.  Good job and thank you for helping him over the finish line.  David
